The Club shall be managed by a Committee of Ordinary or Ordinary Transferable Members.

The Committee shall consist of:

• The President
• The Vice-President
• The Hon. Secretary
• The Hon. Treasurer
• The Club Captain and
• Seven other Ordinary or Ordinary Transferable Members Immediate Past President of the Club (as ex-officio member)

Representatives referred to in Rule 24(c) (as ex-officio member)

One representative from each Section who is the Chairman of the Section shall be made an ex-officio member of the Main Committee without any voting rights.
